Payment Details
As mentioned elsewhere on the site, everything I upload to www.Cram4Free.info is free to download. But there are extras that are kept off-line, for sale, such as my 'eBook' (forever in the making...) and the option to order any/all notes on CD, print or in JPG format (viewable on digital cameras, cellphones, PDAs...! [okay, i'm done throwing hints...] ).
Credit / Debit Cards*
I use PayPal to securely accept payments made by credit cards and debit (check/bank) cards. Clicking on any of the "Buy Now," "Subscribe" or "Donation" links will open a secure PayPal window.
Other Payment Options*
For those who don't have a card, or don't use cards on-line, I also accept payment by money order, cashier's (teller/bank) check and personal check. But, since they are sent by mail, the order will take that much longer to process.
*No item will be sent until payment clears!

Digital or Print?
I charge more for print versions since, obviously, it will eat up ink, paper and postage. Print editions are $2.50 plus $0.50 shipping per chapter on any subject (See "Shipping" below). If ordering digital, be sure to state whether you want .txt, .doc or .pdf. Also state whether you want the (digital) files sent as e-mail attachments ($1.50) or ground-shipped on CD-R (see "CD-R" and "Shipping" below).
CD-R
CDs are $2.50 each, plus $0.50 shipping each (See "Shipping" below). If you want jewel cases instead of paper sleeves, add $1.00 per jewel case.

I will combine shipping on multiple orders if you contact me (and wait for my reply) before making your payment.
